Maintenance
This superior property in Mosman has established high end gardens that the Mark Ronald Landscaping team have been developed and maintained for many years. The fortnightly maintenance and upgrading of this front and back garden has included planting, plant care, lawn mowing, lawn care, irrigation, seasonal soil conditioning, mulching, fertilising with slow release fertiliser in conjunction with liquid fertiliser, pruning, hedging, upkeep of pathways, blowing, cleaning and removal of all debris after every visit. High pressure cleaning of sandstone and pathways was also completed at various times.

Landscaping
When the client wanted to turn a grassed area into additional outdoor entertaining space they turned to Mark Ronald Landscaping. The team recommended sandstone paving to suit the style of the gardens. The grass was removed from the area and taken down to a hard base, a screeded bed of sand and cement was prepared for a solid base for the sandstone to be laid and the stone was laid in a style to match existing pathways. The sandstone was pointed with fine sand and cement grout and sponged clean for a professional finish then sealed once dry.
